Who Is Teri Fotheringham Photography?

For over 30 years, I have specialized in capturing the structural beauty, clean lines, and intentional designs of Colorado’s built environment. As a dedicated Denver architectural and commercial photographer, my mission is to translate location-based intent into high-impact visual media. Whether documenting a modern multi-family apartment community in RiNo, highlighting custom finishes for a high-end luxury interior designer, or capturing the expansive layout of a new commercial real estate build, my work combines craftsmanship with commercial appeal. Marketing premier multi-family housing in Denver requires telling a lifestyle story. Over a two-year collaboration, I captured the community amenities, drone-assisted exterior views, and modern unit interiors to showcase the luxury residential experience.

  • Goal: This historic Denver church got a full restoration. We shot the project from the air and the ground. The photos show the updated interiors, new accessibility features, and new community spaces.

Capturing the grand scale and delicate historical restoration of a landmark Denver church. Using wide-angle architectural lenses, I accurately documented the massive vaulted ceilings, intricate stained-glass windows, and vintage lighting fixtures. To provide a complete narrative of the architect's vision, I paired high-resolution ground interior photography with licensed drone photography to showcase the new coffee shop that was added.

Documenting the innovative design and heavy-duty construction of Cañon City’s Fire Station 3. The objective was to deliver high-impact marketing imagery showcasing how the builder’s layout supports 24-hour first responders. This gave the general contractor premium visual assets for upcoming civic project proposals and commercial award submissions.

Highlighting a modern financial services interior renovation designed around client comfort and corporate trust. My focus was on capturing the sleek, high-end materials, the professional client waiting area, and the collaborative meeting spaces. By utilizing advanced interior lighting techniques, I eliminated harsh glares on conference glass and brought out the warmth of the modern wood and coffee bar finishes, providing the client with commercial real estate assets perfect for national brand marketing.
